When can I begin service?
A. You may begin service with Luxe Laundress at anytime.
We look forward to servicing your laundry needs.
Q: How does Luxe Laundress’ service work?
A: We pick up your dirty laundry at your home, office,
hotel, etc. One of our laundresses will wash, dry and fold
your clean laundry. Your clean and folded laundry is returned
to you the next day when picked up by 10:00 a.m. and within
48 hours if picked up after 10:00 a.m. All we ask of you…leave
the dirty laundry, and we will do the rest!
Q: What does the Luxe Laundress Member Service include?
A: We take care of your laundry as if it were our own. We pick up and deliver
your laundry at a time that is convenient for you. Your laundry will be washed,
dried and neatly folded by a Luxe Laundress representative. The following steps
will be taken to ensure top notch care for your laundry:
- Step
1: Your laundry is separated by whites, lights,
darks, towels/sheets. (As a courtesy to our clients,
we will pre-treat any noticeable stains. However,
for best results, we do strongly encourage you to pre-treat any stains immediately
and prior to placing them in your laundry tote.)
- Step
2: Your laundry is washed with a lightly scented professional grade detergent.
- Step
3: Your laundry is dried using fresh scented dryer sheets.
- Step
4: Your laundry is neatly folded and placed in your FREE first Luxe Laundress
tote. (We will sanitize your laundry tote prior to placing your clean and folded
laundry back in the tote.)
- Step
5: Your laundry is returned to you.
Q: How do I become a Luxe Laundress Member?
A: In order to become a member of our service
you can complete our online
form. You may also become a member
by emailing us at services@luxelaundress.com.
Q: When will I receive my free first Luxe Laundress
tote?
A: Once a Luxe Laundress representative verifies your
membership, your tote will be delivered to your drop
off location before
service begins.
Q: Can I purchase additional Luxe Laundress laundry
totes?
A: Yes. Additional totes are available for $10.00
each.
Q: Will I have to pay in advance to become a Luxe
Laundress Member?
A: Yes, we require pre-payment in order to establish
service with Luxe Laundress. Pre-payment membership
makes it much easier
for our clients, because you will
not have to worry about paying bills. Once you become
a member, you get to sit back, relax and receive
weekly pick up and delivery
of your clean laundry!
Q: What form of payment is accepted?
A: You can pay by cash or check. Make checks payable
to Luxe Laundress.
We will be accepting credit cards soon.
Q: What area does Luxe Laundress service?
A: Luxe
Laundress
currently services these Texas locations: Spring,
The Woodlands, Magnolia, Tomball, Conroe, North Houston,
Kingwood, Humble, Astascosita and the closely surrounding

Q: Do I have to be a member to utilize Luxe
Laundress’ Service?
A: Absolutely not! You may become a pay-per-pound
client. However, if you plan to utilize our service
on a regular basis, it is
much cheaper for you to become
a Luxe Laundress Member. We welcome households with
washers or dryers in need of repair, vacationers,
and busy Moms and Dads
who just need a break from laundry.
Q: How do I schedule pick up and delivery?
A: You can complete our online
form to schedule a pick up or delivery.
You may also email us at services@luxelaundress.com.
Once
we receive
your
information, you will be contacted by one of our
laundresses in order to schedule a time that is convenient
for you.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: You may cancel at anytime. Please notify us via
email at services@luxelaundress.com. NO REFUNDS.
Q: Do you offer same day service?
A: Laundry that is complete with a membership service
agreement is delivered next day if picked up by 10:00
a.m. Otherwise, laundry
is delivered within
48 hours. Given the daily volume of business, our
representatives need time to properly
process your laundry. If you need same day service,
your laundry can be complete within the desired time
frame; however a $20.00
surcharge will be placed on
the order.
Q: How does your green laundry services work?
A: As a courtesy to our customers we offer a green laundry
service for an additional fee of 10% for our Luxe Laundress
Members and $2.00 per pound for pay-per-pound customers.
We use environmentally friendly laundry detergent and
dryer sheets that are free of harsh chemicals,
chlorine and artificial dyes. In order to conserve energy, we
wash your clothes in cold water. When weather permits
we line dry outdoors. In inclement weather we line dry
indoors. Our green service has a 48 hour turnaround.
Rush service is not available due to the drying
time.
Q: What happens if my laundry is damaged in the process
(i.e. clothes shrink, colors bleed, an article of laundry
is missing, etc.)?
A: Your laundry will be cared for as if it were our own.
Laundry will experience normal wear that you should expect
when washed and dried. We use a lightly scented professional
grade laundry detergent, and your laundry is handled
carefully to avoid any problems. In the unfortunate
event your laundry is lost or damaged while in our possession,
you will be
reimbursed if it cannot be located or repaired. |
